Sponsorship Application for Agencies & Organizations | Resource Table

Please submit the form below by September 30, 2026. There is limited space available for resource tables, so the sponsorship application process may close early if we exceed the number of available spots. Please submit your application as soon as possible. Being accepted as a sponsor is first come, first served.

Location: West Linn Lutheran Church | Setup Time 12 - 1pm | Show Time 1pm - 4pm | Clean Up 4pm - 5pm
Resource tables are available for agencies, organizations, and non-profits that provide services to the neurodivergent community. By having a resource table, your organization becomes a sponsor of this event. In order to have a table at this event, please note the following:
- You must make a donation of $25 to Club EMU. This can include donations from product sales.
- Any sales of products or baked goods at your table must be donated to Club EMU. There is a centralized checkout, so no cash or payment will be accepted at your table.
- You may sell baked goods as long as you have an active food handlers card.
- You must staff your own table.
- You must provide your own folding table that is either 4' or 6' in length.
Please only apply if you are available to participate on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

Here is a link to the Oregon food handlers card certification. This certification is required in order to sell baked goods. Certification needs to be completed by October 25, 2026 and emailed to info@clubemu.org to sell baked goods at the show on November 7, 2026.

By registering for this event you also acknowledge that Club EMU is not liable for any mishaps or injuries during our events. You also acknowledge photos and video may be taken during the events and used by Club Everyone, Me and U.
