Liquor Policy: You may serve alcohol at your event; however, you must procure an Event Policy (the “Policy”) prior to the event from KIT Agency at 303-644-3047 (speak with Connie). The fee is approximately $120.00 at your own expense. You must show proof of policy to a Crescent Grange representative prior to the event to gain entrance. If Renter fails to produce the Policy prior to the event, the Crescent Grange reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement with no refunds or set-off monies paid.

You can hire our preferred bartender who already has insurance so you would only pay him for his bar service. We recommend this as he can be sure to only serve 21 an older and also sells incredible mocktails.
