Please include a quick blurb for the parade emcee to announce as you pass through the city square. This is your opportunity to advertise your business or organization to our community. Please submit entry before September 23rd, 2026.

Line up and parade position will be emailed 24-48 hours before the parade. This is a lengthy process, and is in no way a reflection of your organization's importance in the community.

Please plan to arrive at the BHS parking lot entrance at East 15th and Bay Streets between 8-9am on September 26th. If we need you to enter the parade route at a different location, I will personally reach out to your organizer with that information.

If you plan on handing out candy or items during the parade, plan your orders based on 1000+ people in attendance. In regards to candy, I recommend 15-20lbs. We have children line the entire mile long parade route, and it is very common for participants to be underprepared and run out of candy halfway through the parade. Nothing is more sad than having to tell a child "sorry, we are out of candy", so please be mindful of the amount you distribute the beginning on the parade.
