  • Complete the matrix below to apply for a Beef Grant.  List all the classes in which you teach a section on beef cookery. Specialty classes may be cut due to budgets, e.g. Baking & Pastry, Foreign Foods, ServSafe, etc.  It will be a decision once all applications are in.

    Reimbursement is as follows:

    • Catering/Culinary Arts/ProStart classes are $100 each
    • High School classes are $75 each
    • Middle School classes are $75 each

  • Funds will not be reimbursed without copies of receipts for Beef purchased. If the receipt only has "meat" listed on the receipt, please write the cut purchased or include a copy (digital photo) of the label from the package.

    Receipts must include the printed date and be legible.  Illegible receipts with no date will not be accepted.
