Stone Lake Cranberry Festival Cranberry Craze 5K Hold Harmless Agreement and Photo Release - Signature Required

By signing this registration, I agree to the following:
As a participant, parent and/or legal guardian of a registered participant in the annual Cranberry Craze 5K Fun Run being held in Stone Lake, Wisconsin, I hereby certify I have read the Rules and Regulations and know the facts stated therein are true.   

Furthermore: I agree that prior to the event I will inspect the raceway, facilities and equipment and if I believe anything to be unsafe will immediately report my concerns to the race official. I understand that participation in said event is voluntary and participating in this activity involves risk of injury (including catastrophic injury, or death) which might result not only from their actions, inactions, or negligence, but the actions, inactions or negligence of others, the rules of play, the conditions of the premises, or any of the equipment used. This includes any risks not reasonably foreseeable. To assume all the foregoing risks as a condition of participation and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury.  

I further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Stone Lake Cranberry Festivals officers, directors, administrators, agents, staff, and volunteers of the Cranberry Festival and Cranberry Craze 5K Fun Run, The Whistle Punk, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, The State of Wisconsin, the towns of Stone Lake and Sand Lake, Washburn and Sawyer Counties of any and all liability to the undersigned., their heirs and next of kin. This is for any claim or loss due to injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death. Also to include, damage or loss of property, while participating in any and all of the Cranberry Festival official and unofficial activities, events or competitions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if I am successful in any suit, action, or proceedings again them for any injury, loss of life, damages lost cost of expense (including punitive damages) the award (including court costs) shall be limited to the amount of the fee paid by me to enter the Cranberry Craze 5K Fun Run.

I grant permission to Stone Lake Cranberry Festival, Inc. and any of its marketing partners to reproduce the photographs or video taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration or advertising in any manner or in any medium.
