  • Crazy Glamorous Buns — Bunny Deposit & Sales Policy

    1. A bunny is not reserved until Crazy Glamorous Buns has approved the buyer, the completed agreement has been submitted, and the deposit has cleared.
    2. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless Crazy Glamorous Buns cancels the sale or the selected bunny becomes unavailable before pickup. A deposit cannot be moved to another bunny without the breeder's written approval.
    3. The remaining balance is due by the deadline provided by Crazy Glamorous Buns and before the bunny leaves. Failure to pay, communicate, arrange approved transport, or pick up by the agreed date may cancel the sale and forfeit the deposit.
    4. Sex is determined to the best of the breeder's ability but is not guaranteed. Young rabbits can be incorrectly sexed.
    5. Color, markings, eye color, coat, temperament, show quality, breeding ability, and mature weight or size are not guaranteed because young rabbits change as they grow.
    6. No bunny will leave before the breeder's stated ready date.
    7. Crazy Glamorous Buns may cancel a sale if placement is no longer believed to be in the bunny's best interest. If the breeder cancels, payments received will be refunded.
    8. The buyer is responsible for confirming that rabbits are permitted by their landlord, HOA, city, or other applicable rules before paying.
    9. The buyer agrees to provide appropriate housing, food, fresh water, safe transport, and veterinary care.
    10. The buyer should inspect the bunny at pickup. Once the bunny leaves the breeder's care, Crazy Glamorous Buns is not responsible for illness, injury, accident, stress, neglect, an improper diet, unsafe housing, transport issues, or veterinary expenses, except for any separate written health guarantee explicitly provided by the breeder.
    11. The buyer must promptly communicate if plans change.

    Please do not send a deposit until Crazy Glamorous Buns has confirmed that the bunny is available and has approved you to reserve it.
