  • Crazy Glamorous Buns — Bunny Deposit & Sales Policy

    A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required to reserve a specific bunny. Once the deposit is received and cleared, that bunny will be marked reserved and removed from availability. If the buyer cancels, changes their mind, stops responding, misses an agreed payment or pickup deadline, or is otherwise unable to complete the purchase, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit will not be refunded or credited toward a future litter or bunny. The deposit applies only to the specific bunny originally selected. A request to change to another bunny is not guaranteed and requires written approval from Crazy Glamorous Buns. One change may be permitted at the breeder’s sole discretion. After one approved change, any additional change or cancellation will forfeit the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reserve another bunny. If Crazy Glamorous Buns cannot complete the sale because the selected bunny becomes ill, is injured, passes away, or is determined unsuitable for placement, the buyer may choose a full refund of the deposit or transfer it to another available bunny.

    1. A bunny is not reserved until Crazy Glamorous Buns has approved the buyer, the completed agreement has been submitted, and the deposit has cleared.
    2. The remaining balance is due by the deadline provided by Crazy Glamorous Buns and before the bunny leaves. Failure to pay, communicate, arrange approved transport, or pick up by the agreed date may cancel the sale and forfeit the deposit.
    3. Sex is determined to the best of the breeder's ability but is not guaranteed. Young rabbits can be incorrectly sexed.
    4. Color, markings, eye color, coat, temperament, show quality, breeding ability, and mature weight or size are not guaranteed because young rabbits change as they grow.
    5. No bunny will leave before the breeder's stated ready date.
    6. Crazy Glamorous Buns may cancel a sale if placement is no longer believed to be in the bunny's best interest. If the breeder cancels, payments received will be refunded.
    7. The buyer is responsible for confirming that rabbits are permitted by their landlord, HOA, city, or other applicable rules before paying.
    8. The buyer agrees to provide appropriate housing, food, fresh water, safe transport, and veterinary care.
    9. The buyer should inspect the bunny at pickup. Once the bunny leaves the breeder's care, Crazy Glamorous Buns is not responsible for illness, injury, accident, stress, neglect, an improper diet, unsafe housing, transport issues, or veterinary expenses, except for any separate written health guarantee explicitly provided by the breeder.
    10. The buyer must promptly communicate if plans change.

    Please do not send a deposit until Crazy Glamorous Buns has confirmed that the bunny is available and has approved you to reserve it.

  • If You Can No Longer Keep the Bunny

    If the buyer can no longer keep the bunny at any point during its lifetime, the buyer must contact Crazy Glamorous Buns before selling, giving away, surrendering, or otherwise rehoming the bunny. Crazy Glamorous Buns will have the first opportunity to accept the bunny back or assist with finding an appropriate home. Any return is subject to available space and does not include a refund or reimbursement of the purchase price, deposit, veterinary expenses, supplies, transportation, or other costs. The bunny may not be abandoned, released outdoors, taken to an auction, or surrendered to an animal shelter without first contacting Crazy Glamorous Buns.
