    1. The Renter agrees that if an accident occurs, the Renter is responsible for repairs or replacement to the vehicle in good condition.
    2. The vehicle is the property of Zoom Rentals and is rented to the Renter in good condition and running order as when received.
    3. The Renter will return the vehicle in the same condition and running order as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
    4. The vehicle will be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. If less, the Renter will pay the difference upon return plus a refueling charge.
    5. The vehicle may only be operated by the Renter and authorized additional drivers listed in this agreement.
    6. The Renter agrees not to take the vehicle off paved roads, beaches or saltwater flats.
    7. The Renter will report any accidents, damages, theft, or loss immediately to Zoom Rentals.
    8. The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, tolls, and parking citations incurred during the rental period.
    9. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle, tires, windows, interior or equipment due to negligence or misuse.
    10. Payment terms & conditions: To reserve a rental, full payment or a deposit is required. All payments are non-refundable but may be used as a credit.

    IMPORTANT
    The Renter is required to carry valid insurance coverage that meets minimum liability requirements. Zoom Rentals is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal property, or any consequential damages.
