• Craft Fair Stallholder Application Form

  • The Society of Arts & Crafts of New South Wales (Craft NSW) is calling for NSW artists and craftspeople to take part in the upcoming Craft Fair at the Tramsheds, 1 Dalgal Way, Forest Lodge NSW 2037, on Saturday 28th – Sunday 29th November (10am–4pm), with set-up Friday 27th November and bump out Sunday 4pm–6pm.

    Craft NSW is a not-for-profit that has supported NSW artists and craftspeople for over 120 years, promoting quality craft and providing market opportunities for members and non-members alike.

    Applications close midnight Monday 24th August, one per person. Exhibitors must hold $20 million public liability insurance, or join Craft NSW for group insurance plus reduced stall fees and lower sales commission.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    "Tramsheds Craft Fair" means the market to be held at 1 Dalgal Way, Forest Lodge, on 28 and 29 November 2026, including bump-in on 27 November, organised by the Society of Arts & Crafts of NSW. "Stallholder" and "You" mean the person or organisation renting space.
  • TERMS OF PAYMENT

    If accepted to participate, an acceptance notification and invoice will be sent via email. Full payment must be made within seven days of the invoice date. Failure to do so may result in your stall acceptance being rescinded without notice, and the stall being offered to another applicant on the event waitlist.
  • CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

    Your fee covers marketing, administration, and site correspondence costs incurred in the lead-up to the event. If you need to cancel your participation in the Tramsheds Craft Fair, you must provide written notice of cancellation as soon as possible via email to gallery@artsandcraftsnsw.com.au. If you cancel your participation on or before 29 September 2026, 100% of your payment will be refunded. If you cancel between 30 September and 28 October 2026, 50% of your payment will be refunded. No refunds will be provided for cancellation notices emailed on or after 29 October 2026, as these costs are already committed by that point.
  • EVENT CANCELLATION

    unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (including, but not limited to, natural disasters or pandemics) lead to the cancellation of the event, neither Tramsheds Craft Fair nor The Society of Arts & Crafts of NSW will be held liable for any loss or damages incurred. We will endeavour to provide credit for a rescheduled event; however, this is not guaranteed.
  • TRADING CONDITIONS

    Trading is restricted to Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026, from 10:00am to 4:00pm each day. The event is open to the public during these hours.The Tramsheds Craft Fair is a curated event showcasing handmade craft. All work displayed and sold must be handmade by the stallholder. The maker, or an approved representative with knowledge of the work, must be present for the duration of the event.Stallholders are required to occupy and operate their stall for the full duration of the event. Early pack-down or departure is not permitted without prior approval from Craft NSW.Stallholders must not arrange for pre-paid online orders to be collected at the event. Similarly, stallholders must not organise priority entry or queue-jumping for customers, regardless of any communication to the contrary.Stall spaces are allocated solely for this event based on your booking request and the event floor plan. Allocation of a stall does not create a tenancy, guarantee the same location at future events, or confer any ongoing right to participate in Craft NSW events. Stalls may not be transferred, sublet, or assigned to another person or business without the prior written consent of Craft NSW.Stallholders are responsible for setting up and dismantling their own display within the allocated space. Displays must be safe, structurally sound, and comply with all applicable workplace health and safety requirements. Any electrical equipment used at the event must be tested and tagged in accordance with Australian standards.Stallholders are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the venue, fixtures, or equipment resulting from their participation in the event.Craft NSW expects all stallholders, their staff, and representatives to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards visitors, fellow exhibitors, volunteers, venue staff, and event organisers at all times. Any behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, intimidating, or otherwise unacceptable may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
