Agreement and Liability Waiver
By applying to participate as a Community Partner, Sponsor, or Vendor in the Golden Light Wellness Forum, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation
I understand that my participation in the Golden Light Wellness Forum is voluntary. I agree to participate responsibly and to follow all event guidelines, venue policies, and instructions provided by the event organizers.
Booth & Business Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for the setup, operation, supervision, and removal of my booth, displays, products, promotional materials, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event.
I agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies while participating in the event.
I understand that I am responsible for the security of my own property and materials throughout the event.
Health & Wellness Disclaimer
I understand that the information, presentations, demonstrations, and wellness experiences offered during the event are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace professional medical, psychological, or healthcare advice.
I understand that I am responsible for my own health and wellbeing and will consult my healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I understand that participation in any event carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release, waive, and discharge Bhavna's Wellness Group, Saving People Inc., Golden Light Wellness Forum, event organizers, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and their representatives from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation.
Photography & Media Release
I understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
By participating, I grant permission for my business name, organization, logo, booth, products, services, and representatives to be photographed or recorded and used by Bhavna's Wellness Group and Saving People Inc. without compensation, unless I notify the event organizers in writing before the event.
Event Changes
I understand that event schedules, speakers, activities, and programming may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If my application is approved, I agree to submit payment by the deadline provided. I understand that all Community Partner fees are final and non-refundable.
Donation Acknowledgment
A portion of the proceeds from the Golden Light Wellness Forum supports the mission of Saving People Inc. Your participation as a Community Partner helps fund community wellness initiatives and outreach programs.
