Hold Harmless Agreement
The undersigned organization agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Garfield County School District, its Board, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the organization's use of District facilities. The organization agrees to adhere to the school's standards of behavior; tobacco, electronic cigarette products, intoxicating drinks, and boisterous conduct are expressly prohibited.

Certificate of liability insurance — minimum $500,000, naming Garfield County School District as additional insured (required unless waived in writing by the Board). If you have a written waiver from the Board of Education, you may proceed without uploading.
