Cost of in-person attendance includes breakfast and lunch, swag bag, industry exhibits and new technology demonstrations, opportunity for small group Q&A after lectures, opportunity to discuss difficult cases with faculty and others.

Limited domestic travel support may be available for eligible United States fellows in training attending this educational program. Travel assistance is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to Medtronic policies and available funding. Please contact Natalie.Quirk@medtronic.com for additional information and travel coordination.

Travel support is provided in accordance with applicable Medtronic policies and all relevant instituional and compliance requirements.

Symposium registration fee is fully refundable if you wish you cancel before September 15, 2026. Please use "Contact Us" section of website to reach out to us. Please note that cadaver lab registration fee is non-refundable.

Virtual attendance is free for members of the societies listed below. Virtual and in-person attendance is free for fellows, residents, and medical students.

To qualify for a registration fee waiver, please upload documentation verifying your eligibility. Members of collaborating societies: Please upload a document that confirms your current active membership status. Medical students, residents, and fellows: Please upload a document verifying your current enrollment or appointment in your medical school, residency, or fellowship program (e.g., student ID, institutional letter, enrollment verification, or similar official documentation).All submitted documents will be reviewed to verify eligibility.
