1. I understand this gate access code remains the property of The Reserve at Mill Creek POA.

2. I understand the use of this code is restricted to residents, tenants, household members, contractors, and guests whom I personally trust.

3. I will not share my access code post on any public or community media platform.

4. I will promptly notify Management if I become aware my code has been misused.

5. I understand the Association may refuse, modify, or revoke access credentials at any time for security reasons or for recipients whose dues, assessments, or fines are not paid current.

6. I agree to comply with all current and future gate access policies adopted by the Board of Directors.

7. I understand my access code is unique and may be monitored for security and operations purposes.
I understand risk is involved in sharing an access code with others, and whether trusted or untrusted, could result in loss or damage to individuals or property of others in the community.

Furthermore, I understand I could potentially be found liable for incidents of damage resulting from the sharing of my code.
I have read and acknowledge the terms and understandings above for receiving this access code and any future replacement code(s) provided me.
