Hatching Egg Policy
All orders are preorders and are fulfilled in the order payment is received as eggs become available. Shipping dates and hatch rates are not guaranteed. Eggs leave fresh, unwashed, and uncracked. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos of the eggs and packaging. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of payment; refunds during that period are reduced by 5% for processing fees. After 12 hours, all sales are final. The buyer agrees to contact Crazy Glamorous Chickens directly before involving a bank or payment provider and agrees not to file an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback for an order fulfilled under these terms.
