    September 12th, 2026 Rental Package Options

  • Hello and welcome to Diner en Blanc Richmond 2026!!

    We are offering you multiple options for rental packages this year. Once purchased, you will receive electronically a QR code two weeks prior to the event. This QR code will be your confirmation for checking out and returning your package selection. 

    Package distribution: TBD. Your city host will choose to have us at the secret location on Saturday September 12th, or we will set up at a location within Richmond on Friday September 11th from 9am to 8pm for package distribution. 

    Package return: All packages will be returned to Rentals to Remember On Site at the secret location. We will have tents setup where you can return your entire rental package at the end of the night!

    Please have you QR code or ID readily available for pickup and return!

  • I.  Diner En Blanc Richmond, VA Table and Chairs Package $65.00 includes:

    1 Folding Table, within DEB guidelines, 27.5" x 27.5"
    2 White Folding Chairs.

    Folding table comes in a carrying back, which is bundled to the chairs, making it a an over-the-shoulder throw of about 17lbs! 

     

    II. Diner En Blanc Richmond, VA Totel Only $65 includes:

    Bring your table and chairs and we will decorate your tabletop!

    1 White Thermal Tote bag (15"h x 13"w x 14"d) with the following items:

    • 2 Dinner Plates (white)
    • 2 Salad Plates (white)
    • 2 Polished Dinner Forks
    • 2 Polished Dinner Knives
    • 2 Polished Dessert Forks
    • 2 Stemmed Water Glasses
    • 2 Stemmed Wine Glasses
    • 2 White Linen Napkins
    • 1 White Tablecloth 54" x 54"

    JUST BRING THE FOOD! Both Packages Above will have everything you need to dress your table.
