  • I understand that Buckle Up Clean provides cleaning services only. Cleaning results vary based on an item’s materials, age, condition, manufacturer restrictions, and the type or severity of stains and odors. Buckle Up Clean will use reasonable care and follow manufacturer cleaning guidance when available, but does not guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, allergen, germ, residue, discoloration, or pre-existing condition. I have disclosed any known crash history, recall, expiration, mold, structural damage, missing parts, or special sensitivities. Buckle Up Clean may decline any item it reasonably believes is unsafe or unsuitable for service. I authorize reasonable disassembly and reassembly for cleaning when permitted by manufacturer guidance, and I understand that this service is not a repair, modification, installation, safety inspection, or certification.

  • Customer Safety Responsibility Agreement

  • I understand that I remain responsible for the condition, recall and expiration status, installation, adjustment, harness routing, fit, maintenance, and safe use of all returned gear. Before using an item, I will inspect it, confirm that all parts are present and correctly positioned, test straps, buckles, fasteners, and attachments, and install or secure it exactly as directed by the manufacturer. I will not use any item that is recalled, expired, crash-involved, damaged, missing parts, improperly assembled, or otherwise appears unsafe. When appropriate, I will contact the manufacturer or a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Cleaning by Buckle Up Clean is not a safety inspection, certification, repair, installation service, or guarantee of future performance.
