House of Élu – Order Policies & Disclaimer
House of Élu proudly serves Greensboro, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. At this time, all orders are pickup only. Please allow 24–48 hours to receive your invoice after submitting your order request. Order requests are not considered confirmed until an invoice has been issued, the required deposit has been paid, and confirmation has been provided by House of Élu.To ensure availability and allow adequate time for sourcing premium florals, all orders must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the requested pickup date. Order requests submitted with less than seven (7) days' notice may be declined or canceled at the discretion of House of Élu.
Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and event date. Orders will not be scheduled until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before pickup. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Any changes to your order must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup and are subject to availability. All floral arrangements are custom-made; cancellations made after your order has been confirmed will result in the loss of your deposit. House of Élu reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if certain blooms become unavailable while maintaining the overall style and color palette.
Pickup Policy
Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the scheduled pickup time. Please inspect your order before leaving. Once the arrangement has been picked up, House of Élu is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date without prior communication may be discarded after a reasonable holding period.

Fresh Flower Care
Fresh flowers are perishable. While House of Élu uses premium-quality blooms, flower longevity varies based on care and environmental conditions. Following the provided care instructions will help maximize the life of your arrangement.
Photo Release
House of Élu reserves the right to photograph completed arrangements for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer.
