I understand that insurance does NOT cover lack of passport as a covered reason for cancellation and will have a valid passport before I travel. Deposit / Payment Methods / Non-Payment / Cancellation Policy* This field is required.Please Read and Review: There is a required non-refundable deposit for Passport to Paradise. TOTAL COST depends on number of occupants in the room and ages. DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is required to secure your spot. This deposit is due at the time of booking and applied toward the total cost. Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Non-Payment: If your final payment is not received by April 17, 2027, your registration may be cancelled, and you will forfeit all payments made. Cancellation Notice: If a guest chooses to cancel, the guest must email in writing the cancellation request. Cancellation by Organizer, Chelsey Kimbrough: Reserves the right to cancel for any reason. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will send an email detailing the information.

Travel Insurance Requirement* This field is required.Travel Protection Coverage is NOT included in the cost of your trip. It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchases. For this reason, Travel Protection Coverage is REQUIRED for this group trip and such plan should cover Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Medical Expense, Emergency evacuation/Repatriation, and Baggage. Travel protection plans can help protect you in the event of loss of NON-REFUNDABLE trip deposits and payments that result from cancellation or trip interruption (due to a covered reason such as injury or illness before or during the trip). It also helps with reimbursement for medical emergency costs (including very costly medical evacuation and repatriation costs), missed connections and baggage loss. Travel protection plans, which may include Cancel For Any Reason coverage, typically must be purchased within ten (10) days of initial trip payment in order to qualify for a pre-existing condition waiver. While Wandering with Chelsey may recommend and assist with travel insurance options for you to choose from, we are not liable for any issues that result from said travel insurance options. If you choose to purchase travel insurance on your own (not through Wandering with Chelsey), Wandering with Chelsey requires that you confirm insurance in writing via email with your Wandering with Chelsey travel advisor at the time of booking. Wandering with Chelsey is not qualified to answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions, and conditions of travel coverage plans and as such we cannot evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured's existing insurance coverage. Further, we cannot guarantee that any insurance provider will approve coverage for a claim made under the insurer’s policy and make no representations about the extent of coverage for any policy it may offer or quote. Please note that any and all cancellation fees will not be accepted as part of your claim. If you have any questions about your travel protection, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker.

Photographic/Video Likeness and Feedback* This field is required.I understand that a photographer will be on this trip taking pictures of all group travelers each day of the trip. A digital photo album of all pictures taken by said photographer will be given complimentary to each traveler who has permission to download photos from this album.

I hereby gives consent and grants to Wandering with Chelsey a royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to publish any testimonials, reviews, photographs and/or videos of the trip or traveler in any form of media without obtaining further consent and without compensation, solely for the purposes of marketing our trips. Each traveler releases Wandering with Chelsey and its Representatives from any liability in connection with any use of such forms of media. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a traveler desires to have a specific photo or video removed from our website or social media, please request said removal per the email.
