Everyone Plays Fund - Registration Assistance Application

At Seattle Pride Hockey Association, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to play, connect, and belong.

The Everyone Plays Fund provides registration assistance to eligible players and teams who may otherwise face financial barriers to participating in SPHA programs. This application helps us understand what support you or your team are requesting, the circumstances affecting your ability to participate, and the impact this opportunity could have.

Please answer honestly and share only what you are comfortable providing. There are no perfect answers—we simply want to better understand your needs and how SPHA may be able to help.

Applications will be reviewed respectfully and kept confidential among those responsible for funding decisions. Assistance is based on demonstrated need, program eligibility, available funding, and the cost of the requested program. Submitting an application does not guarantee an award.
