The said organization shall be entitled to participate in authorized activities during 2026.
It is mutually agreed that the sponsor’s participation in the organization is limited to that of a financial contributor; that payment of the above amount shall satisfy all obligations and responsibilities on the part of the sponsor, and that no liability is assumed by the sponsor for any risks and hazards incidental to participation in the organization by players, volunteer leaders and workers, spectators or others associated with the organization. The sponsor agrees that the selection of players for the organization and of managing and coaching personnel to direct the organization shall be the sole responsibility of the properly designed board officials. The sponsor further agrees that no additional funds, solicited or unsolicited, will be expanded for this organization without consent of TYSA Board.
