1 Entry Form is required per TEAM. Please do not fill out a registration for each individual angler.
***(Any vessel with 125+ gallon fuel capacity will be offshore. Any vessel with 124 gallons or less fuel capacity will be nearshore. Total fuel capacity includes ANY fuel containers on the vessel for the declared fishing day. This may include fuel bladders, external gas cans, bags, etc)

*** If a team intends to enter 1 boat in the offshore division and 1 boat in the nearshore division, the team must fill out two SEPARATE forms. One form for each entry.

*** As team captain, it is your responsibility to ensure everyone fishing on your boat/team throughout the entire duration of this tournament agrees to submit to a polygraph test at the request of the tournament committee. Failure to submit to a polygraph test if requested will result in disqualification of the entire team without refund. By signing up and paying for the entry fee to enter the tournament, each captain understands this rule and confirms they have made sure each angler agrees to submit to a test if requested.
