Waiver of Liability:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that events and classes involve the use of tools, equipment, and materials that may pose certain risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, and other potential injuries.
I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors and volunteers at all times.
I assume all risks associated with participation and release TradeWorks Collective, its staff, and volunteers from any and all liability for injury or damages that may occur during the program.
I confirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in the activities provided.
Safety Guidelines:
To ensure a safe and productive learning environment, all participants must adhere to the following guidelines:
-Wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, closed-toe shoes).
-Use tools and equipment only as directed and under supervision.
-Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to an instructor immediately.
-Respect the workspace and others by maintaining a clean and organized area.
-Refrain from horseplay or any behavior that could endanger yourself or others.
