By entering this event I acknowledge that it is a charity run and I commit to mobilising my community to raise funds for the two beneficiaries, The Pondoland Conservation Trust and Cipla's Miles for Smiles foundation.

I will make payment of a 50% deposit at the time of booking and will settle the balance in Jan 2027.

2027 PONDO Tented Rates:

R34 700 per team, R17 350 per runner.

Fee includes; conservation levies, all meals and accomodation from the evening of Wed 19th May - the morning of Sunday 23rd May, all drinks at Msikaba, return shuttle from the finish back to the start in Port Edward.

Excludes; Airport transfers, drinks at Mbotyi River Lodge. Accomodation will be at The Wild Coast Sun on night 1, Msikaba race village on night 2 and Mbotyi Campsite on nights 3 and 4.

REFUND POLICY:

1 August 2026 – 31 October 2026 – 75%
1 November 2026 – 31 December 2026 – 50%
1 January 2027 – 28 Feb 2027 – 25%
1 March 2027 onwards – no refund
