Acknowledgements
Code of Conduct
I acknowledge that in accordance with League and Academy Policy, I am required to adhere to the National AFL Community Handbook Code of Conduct for Coaches and Volunteers, alongside the 2026/2027 SEJ Academy Code of Conduct which will be explained to me at the time of my appointment.
Administration & Documentation
I acknowledge that in accordance with League and Academy requirements, I am required to complete and maintain detailed written and electronic documentation, pertinent to the selection and development of all trial participants; squad members and Interleague players, throughout the duration of the program (document templates will be provided to me for this purpose).
Coaching Apparel
I acknowledge that in accordance with League and Academy Policy, I am required to wear allocated coaching uniform and apparel at all training sessions; carnival matches and specified events, throughout the course of the 2026/2027 season.
Certification
I certify that all information provided on this form is true and correct at the time of completion and wish to formally proceed with application. If shortlisted for consideration, I am available to attend a selection interview with the coaching panel at a nominated date and time, between the period of the 24th August 2026 and the 4th September 2026.
