Thank you for helping make A Special Fall Festival a fun, welcoming day for individuals with special needs and their families!We welcome both Community Vendors and Special Ability Vendors to participate.Community Vendors include businesses, nonprofits, churches, agencies, civic organizations, resource providers, and other community groups. These spaces are trunk-or-treat style—we encourage you to decorate, hand out treats, share information, and connect with families.Special Ability Vendors are individuals with special needs who would like to sell or showcase their own products, crafts, artwork, or creations.There is no fee to participate.

Vendor Information

🎃 Vendor setup begins at 10:30 AM. You must bring your own table, chairs, canopy, decorations, and any other supplies you need for your space.

🍂 The event begins at 11AM and ends at 2PM

🚗 Community Vendors will participate trunk-or-treat style, handing out treats while sharing information about their organization or business.

👻 We encourage you to decorate your vehicle or booth and dress up to help make the event extra fun!

🍬 Many of our attendees have food allergies or dietary restrictions. If you're able, please consider offering a non-food treat (stickers, bubbles, small toys, pencils, etc.) or an allergy-friendly option. While not required, it is greatly appreciated.
