I understand and acknowledge that my tattoo request has been reviewed and accepted by the artist prior to submitting this deposit. Deposits are accepted only after the artist has agreed to perform the requested tattoo. Submission of a tattoo request does not guarantee acceptance. The artist reserves the right to decline any tattoo request at their sole discretion before accepting a deposit.

I understand my deposit is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or if my artist cancels and cannot reschedule my appointment.

My deposit reserves my appointment date and compensates the artist for consultation time, scheduling, and preparation.

My deposit will be applied toward the final cost of my tattoo unless otherwise stated.

I understand that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of my appointment and forfeiture of my deposit.

I understand that if I fail to appear for my appointment (“No Call, No Show”), I will lose my deposit.

I understand that if I cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, I will forfeit my deposit.

I understand I may reschedule my appointment one time with at least 48 hours’ notice and transfer my deposit to the new appointment.

Any additional reschedules may require a new deposit at the artist’s discretion.

Significant changes to the tattoo concept, size, style, or placement after booking may require a new consultation, a new appointment date, or an additional deposit.

I understand that deposits are non-transferable to another person unless approved in writing by the artist.

I understand that the artist reserves the right to refuse service for safety, health, or professional reasons.

If the artist cancels due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, my deposit will either be transferred to a new appointment or refunded.

I understand that estimates are not guarantees, and the final tattoo price may vary depending on size, placement, detail, skin condition, and time required.
