Cut sheets for all equipment being used, completed calcs, type of hazard being protected, riser diagram, stairwells with standpipe placement diagram if applicable, fire pump cut sheets if applicable, water tank cut sheets if applicable, water supply data less than 1 year old, storage arrays & commodity classifications.

All fees shall be paid before a permit can be issued, requests for inspections or approvals for occupancy.
Payments using a credit card will incur an additional 3% service fee.
Performing work without a permit, the permit fee is double (2X) times the normal applicable fee.
