Wine by the River Festival

You are cordially invited to be a vendor at Wine by the River 2026!!! Wine by the River is held each year by the scenic Smith River at the Monogram Sports Complex and is hosted by the Matthew Wayne Wade (MWW) Foundation, a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization. The event will be held from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (rain or shine). The Wine by the River Festival will feature live music with performances by multiple artists/bands and host award winning wineries, craft breweries, artisan & craft vendors, and specialty vendors. PLEASE COMPLETE this form and send with check to the physical address or email listed below- If emailing form call contact/s below to pay by phone. • The cost for vendors is $25 per space. Vendor retains 100% of their product sales. (Contact Brad below for space availability)
• VENDORS must provide their own tent/canopy. The MWW Foundation/Wine by the River is not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise defective merchandise owned by vendor/business.
• Allotted spaces are 10x10 or 10x20. Canopies must fit the allotted space (prior approval required if larger space is needed).
• No electrical hookup. Check here if you will be bringing a generator.
• Deadline to register 09/30/2026. Limited number of spaces available. Space(s) cannot be confirmed until approved and payment is received.
• VENDORS check in the day of event with on site WBTR volunteers for space assignment
• Parking is provided for vendor's vehicle.
• VENDOR SET UP beginning at 10am day of event. VENDORS MUST be SET UP by 1:15pm.

Cancellation clause: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any portion of the festival (at any time). If the festival is cancelled, we will do our utmost to notify you (by phone, fax, and/or mail) and you will be given a full refund. We are not responsible for expenses, including, but not limited to, lodging or transportation expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Applicant and it's releases (hereinafter referred to as VENDOR) hereby agree to hold harmless the Matthew Wayne Wade (MWW) Foundation, their officers, agents, or employees (hereinafter referred to as ORGANIZER) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may be sustained by VENDOR, or to any property belonging to VENDOR, while participating in the Wine by the River Festival (hereinafter referred to as EVENT), while on the premises where the EVENT is being conducted, or otherwise, and regardless of whether such liability arises in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, to the fullest extend allowed by law. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the ORGANIZER and their respective RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that may incur due to VENROR'S participation in EVENT or otherwise, to the fullest extend allowed by law. It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind VENDOR and ORGANIZER, and shall be deemed as a WAIVER, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named ORGANIZER, VENDOR, or their respective RELEASES.

IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I HAVE read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
