I understand that a fifty percent non refundable retainer reserves the date, that the retainer is fully earned on receipt because it holds the date and takes it off the calendar, that the balance is due seven days prior, that the bar is collected the same day at a time we set together, and that for self serve bookings a card is kept on file for late collection or damages up to $500.
