  • 2nd Annual Jolly Pumpkin Days, Pumpkin Patch, Fall Festival and Craft Show

    Dates: Saturday October 3, 2026
    Sunday October 4, 2026
    Times: 12pm to 6pm, both days
    Location: Jolly Acres
    1634 County Road 25 North
    Bellefontaine, OH 43311
    Application Deadline: Friday September 4, 2026
    Cost: Merch / Craft / Baked Good Vendors: $50 / 10x10 space; additional space available for $25/ea

    Food Trucks / Food Tents: $75
    Confirmation: Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation of space. You will be required to pay within 7 days of confirmation of space or your space may be forfeited. 
    Set-Up: Friday October 2nd, 2026 - 12pm to 7pm
    Saturday October 3rd, 2026 - 7am to 11am. 

    You must be set-up by 11am with vehicles removed from guest areas!
    License / Insurance Requirements:

    You are responsible for obtaining any required Ohio licenses or permits.

    All vendors must provide homeowners insurance policy listing liability coverage.

    Vendors are highly encouraged to carry a minimum $1,000,000 general liability policy.


    A proof of insurance, perferably a Certificate of Insurance naming Jolly Acres, LLC as an Additional Insured, must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to event (failure to provide is a forfeiture of application fee).
    Accommodations: You are to provide your own tent, tables, chairs, etc. Your space will be on a grassy surface. No power is to be provided.

     Overnight: You may leave your tent and merchandise overnight. A Jolly Acres representative will be on-site 24/7 - however we are not responsible for any lost of stolen items. 

    To provide shoppers with a diverse experience, Jolly Acres may limit the number of vendors selling similar products. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Booth fees are only collected after a vendor has been approved, or, if collected during registration, will be refunded in full if the application is not approved. 

     

    Jolly Acres reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave without refund if they:

    Sell items not approved in their application.
    Fail to comply with event rules or safety requirements.
    Engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
