Terms and Conditions for Barnacle Bill Cost of Living Booster Promotion

1. The promoter of the Barnacle Bill Cost of Living Booster Promotion (“the Promotion”) is Barnacle Bill Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 87 647 220 942), of 153-165 Henley Beach Road, Mile End, SA 5031 ("Promoter").

2. Information on how to enter the Promotion and prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

3. Entry is open to Australian residents who satisfy the entry requirements set out in these terms and conditions, with entrants under the age of 18 to enter with parent/guardian permission. Entry is not available to persons who do not reside in Australia. The following persons are not eligible to enter namely

a. officers, agents, employees, consultants and professional advisers (and immediate family of an officer, agent, employee, consultant or professional adviser) of the Promoter,

b. any licensee or franchisee of the Promotor,

c. the officers, agents, employees, consultants and professional advisers (and immediate family of an officer, agent, employee, consultant or professional adviser) of any licensee or franchisee of the Promoter,

d. the agencies associated with this Competition, and their related bodies corporate.

4. To enter, participants must complete a transaction of $30 or more at Barnacle Bill, and fill in their details on the online entry form via www.barnaclebill.com.au, or via the URL or QR Code via TV, social and other media.

5. The Promotion starts at 11:00 AM ACST Monday 10th August 2026 and closes at 9:00 PM ACST on Sunday 27th September 2026. All entries must be submitted by 9:00 PM ACST on Sunday 27th September 2026.

6. Prize draws will be conducted at Impressive Advertising, 118 Halifax Street, Adelaide. Weekly prize draws will be conducted on Mondays 17/8/26, 24/8/26, 31/8/26, 7/9/26, 14/9/26, 21/9/26 and 28/9/26 (“weekly prize draw dates”).

7. Prize winners (“the winners”) will be notified by phone or text and email (with details of how the prize may be collected), and the winners will be published on the Barnacle Bill website and social media.

8. There are 7 prizes to be won:

- 7 x Weekly Prizes – $100 x Romeo’s Foodland voucher, $100 fuel voucher & 2 x $50 Barnacle Bill vouchers

10. Total prize pool valued up to $2,100.00.

11. The Vouchers are only valid for 12 months from the prize draw date (regardless of when they are claimed or collected) and must be redeemed within 12 months of the prize draw date. Any Vouchers not redeemed within 12 months of the prize draw date will be void. If Vouchers are not claimed, collected or redeemed there will be no redraw.

12. The winner agrees to be reasonably available for marketing purposes including for photography, TV, radio interviews and social media. The winner consents to being recorded, filmed and photographed for the purposes of marketing, advertising and promotion of the Promoter and its businesses. The winner also consents to any audio, video or photographs containing their voice and/or image taken in connection with the Promotion to be published by the Promoter for the purpose of marketing, advertising and promotion and for other purposes connected with the Promoter or its business.

13. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries and entry is not valid until it is received by the Promoter and recorded for the purposes of the Promotion. Entry does not occur at the time of transmission by the entrant to the Promoter. While the Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to facilitate the receipt and recording of entries, if an entry is not received or recorded by the Promoter for any reason it will not be valid, and the entrant will have no recourse.

14. Drawn entries will be checked for validity against the rules of entry as they are drawn. Any entries deemed not valid will be discarded and the draw will continue until the prize is allocated.

15. The Promoter's decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided with the entry, the entry will not be valid. By entering the Promotion, unless an entrant advises the Promoter to the contrary, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use this information to contact you for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and the winner's name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out above.

17. The Promoter and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or any prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.

18. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with the Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.

19. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in the Promotion.

20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the Promotion subject to the written directions of any competent authority.

21. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
