What is your role with the organization?
If MCHO approves your request, you will receive an email to make a Stripes Assign account. If you already have an account, your permissions will simply be updated. Questions should be sent to assignor@mchofficials.com.
What team, organization, or rink you are looking for access to?
For teams, this should be a specific team name. For clubs, leagues, and tournaments, this should be the organization name. For rinks, this should be the name of the rink(s).
Please note that access is read-only, any updates to schedules will always go through this form to an assignor.

Organization to be charged
Select the organization to be billed for officials. This is almost always the league for league games, and the home team for exhibition games. Please note that MCHO does not track "split charges"; one team must always pay the full fee, it is up to them to get reimbursed by their opponent if needed.
