What is your role with the organization?
If MCHO approves your request, you will receive an email to make a Horizon account. If you already have an account, your permissions will simply be updated. Questions should be sent to assignor@mchofficials.com.
What team, organization, or rink you are looking for access to?
For teams, this should be a specific team name. For clubs, leagues, and tournaments, this should be the organization name. For rinks, this should be the name of the rink(s).
Please note that access is read-only, any updates to schedules will always go through this form to an assignor.

Organization to be charged
Select the organization to be billed for officials. This is almost always the league for league games, and the home team for exhibition games. Please note that MCHO does not track "split charges"; one team must always pay the full fee, it is up to them to get reimbursed by their opponent if needed.

Update/reschedule a single game

If this is the only game, or there are only a few more games to change, you're in the right place. If there are many games, press the BACK button and select "Updating/rescheduling many games". This form can be filled out as many times as needed.
INSTRUCTIONS

If you know the Horizon Game ID Number, fill in "ID" field. For all other fields about the game, you only need to fill in the "original" and "update to" fields for details that are changing. For example, if you know that game ID 123 is changing from rink A to rink B at the same time with the same teams etc., just fill in ID as 123, the old rink as rink A, and the new rink as rink B. We know from the game ID which day/time/teams etc. this game is.

If you do NOT know the Horizon Game ID Number, leave the ID field blank. Fill in ALL details of the game as you know them for the "original" fields. Fill in the "update to" fields only for details that are changing.
