  A speaker, facilitator and mental health advocate, Paula has coached both Jazz Thornton and Genevieve Mora in public speaking and is one of Voices of Hope's school speakers.

- If you are comfortable doing so, please provide a brief idea of how you feel about sharing your lived experience, ie. is this the first time learning to share your story, are you already sharing it openly, etc. This is just for our facilitators to get a gauge of where you are and how to best support the group. (Please note, you do not have to share your story with others in the workshop).
