• Blush & Ivy Events-Garden Set Self-Setup Rental Acknowledgment

    Thank you for choosing Blush & Ivy Events LLC. Our Self-Setup Garden Set offers a more affordable rental option while allowing you the flexibility to set up your event yourself.Please carefully review each section below. By checking each required box and signing this acknowledgment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Delivery & Pickup
    Self-setup rentals will be delivered to your driveway or just beyond the side gate of your home, provided there is a clear and unobstructed path. Setup is not included. All rental items must be returned to the same location where they were delivered prior to your scheduled pickup time.

  • Umbrella Setup Instructions
    Depending on the umbrella provided, setup may vary. Some umbrellas must be opened before inserting the pole into the stand, while others feature a crank mechanism and may be opened after the umbrella has been placed into the stand.

    Please follow these instructions for non-crank umbrellas:

    1.Hold the umbrella securely with the canopy pointed downward toward the ground.
    2.Allow gravity to help open the canopy while gently guiding it into the fully open position.
    3.Do not force the umbrella open.
    4.Once fully open, lift the umbrella upright while pushing the opening mechanism into the locked position.
    5.Confirm the umbrella is securely locked.
    6.Place the umbrella pole into the provided umbrella stand or ground anchor.
    7.Ensure the pole is fully inserted, straight, and secure.
    8.Close the umbrella during strong winds, whenever it is unattended, and overnight.

  • Wind & Safety
    I understand that I am responsible for monitoring weather conditions throughout my rental. If winds become unsafe, I agree to immediately close the umbrella. Blush & Ivy Events LLC is not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from improper setup, misuse of rental equipment, or failure to close the umbrella during unsafe weather conditions.

  • Equipment Care
    I agree to care for all rental equipment while it is in my possession. Chairs must be returned clean and free of food, beverages, dirt, mud, grass, or other residue. Rental equipment should not be dragged across rough surfaces, and all items should be handled with reasonable care throughout the rental period.

  • Linen Care
    Linens do not need to be washed prior to pickup. Please shake off any debris before folding them. If any linens become wet, please notify Blush & Ivy Events LLC before pickup and do not fold or store them while wet.

  • Prohibited Materials
    Paint, spray paint, permanent markers, glitter, confetti, glue, adhesives, tape that leaves residue, or any other materials that may stain or damage the rental equipment are strictly prohibited. The client is responsible for any resulting cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.

  • Damage & Missing Items
    The client is financially responsible for any rental items that are lost, stolen, damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or returned excessively soiled. Blush & Ivy Events LLC reserves the right to invoice the client for applicable cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.

  • Final Acknowledgment
    By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Garden Set Self-Setup Rental Acknowledgment.
