CCAV Annual General Meeting 2026 – Refund Policy

Cancellations more than 30 days prior (before 15 September 2026): Full refund.

Cancellations 14–30 days prior (16 Sept – 1 Oct 2026): 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 14 days prior (after 2 Oct 2026): No refund.

Substitutions: A registered delegate may be substituted at no extra cost if requested in writing at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Event Cancellation/Postponement: If the AGM is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. If postponed, registrations transfer automatically; refunds are available if the new dates are unsuitable.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered for serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances upon request.
