    ⏰ Time: Check in starts at 3pm on Thursday. Check out is 11am on Sunday

    📍 Location: Playa Azul Resort, Rocky Point Mexico

    🏖️ 4 day / 3 night retreat for Moms to reset, relax and reconnect 


    🏡 Accommodations

    Moms will be sharing a condo with accomidations for 10 - 16 depending on sleeping arrangments. If you do not have a preference on sleeping arrangments then they will be assigned the week of the retreat. If you have any accomidations you are in need of or would like to have your own space those options are below. 

    This retreat is for all foster and adoptive moms. This is a time to let go of the daily schedules, meeting deadlines, and the constant juggling of keeping up with the family needs. This weekend is about meeting your needs. Restiing. Resting. Relax.

    Event Info: At ASA Now, we understand the unique challenges faced by families, especially foster and adoptive parents who navigate the complexities of raising children with unique, complex, and challenging behaviors. Our retreats provide a space for healing and support.

     

    ✨ Who can attend: This retreat is open to Kinship Caregivers, Licensed Foster Caregivers, Foster/Adoptive Caregivers, and Guardianship moms of children who have previously been or are currently under the custody of the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS).

    💲 Cost: The cost this 4 day / 3 night retreat is $200. 

    ⚠️ Cancellations: While we understand that plans can change, due to the time and effort required to organize these events and secure the venue, we are unable to offer refunds or credits. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

      I understand that participation in the retreat activities could involve risk of physical injury, illness, property loss, and despite safety precautions, we cannot guarantee safety thereof, as all risks cannot be prevented. ASA Now does not provide health and accident insurance for participants, and I understand that any medical expenses, property loss, or other personal expenditures that result during or from this travel/trip, are to be borne by the participant. I also hereby consent, give authorization to, and release from liability; trip leaders to secure any emergency medical treatment in event I am unable to, and I agree to be responsible for the costs thereof.

      I further acknowledge that if I drive my own vehicle, or am a passenger in another’s private vehicle in connection with this retreat, that ASA Now does not cover such a private vehicle. I also understand that ASA Now cannot be responsible for assuring the safety and reliability of such private transportation, and I therefore accept the risks and responsibilities associated with such private vehicle travel and activities.

      In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with this retreat; and with full understanding of the above issues/conditions and risks, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless ASA Now from all form and manner of risks inherent in, and from all claims, suits and demands of any nature arising from participation in said trip, or activities.
