By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

1. This application does not confirm, neither gaurantee your participation in our event. Final selections will communicated via email. Selections are based on event capacity, category balance, and relevance.

2. All vendors are responsible for their own set up and displays as well as the cleanliness of your space.

3. All vendors must comply with local laws, health, and safety regulations.

4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after confirmation.

5. The organisers reserve the right to relocate stalls or terminate participation due to misconduct or violation of the rules.

6. All vendors must be setup before 8:00 AM on event day and may not dismantle before the end of the event.

Disclaimer Clause

The organizers of the Soweto Small Business Showcase, including but not limited to Soweto Tourism, its strategic partners, sponsors, service providers, and the venue host (Maponya Mall), shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or injuries incurred by exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, or attendees as a result of participation in, or association with, the event.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:
- Equipment failure, power outages, weather conditions, or force majeure events
- Loss or theft of personal or business property
- Business interruptions or loss of income
- Accidents, injuries, or health-related incidents
- Cancellation or rescheduling of the event due to unforeseen circumstances
All participants engage in the event at their own risk and are advised to ensure their own insurance coverage for personal property, goods, and liability. By participating in the Soweto Small Business Showcase, all parties acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
