All contestants are required to complete this form. Applicants must be in the 11th or 12th grades. The contest will take place Friday, September 25th at the MFBF State Office. 6311 Ridgewood Rd, Jackson, MS. The contest will be limited to the first 20 eligible applicants. Deadline to sign up is September 7th. A copy of the handbook with eligibility requirements and important dates is included below.
