1. MINIMUM AGE POLICY: Attendees must have completed 12 years as of the event start date to register.
2. Minors and assigned guardians: When a minor is registered for a retreat, the person submitting the registration form must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian. All communications and any information related to the minor’s participation will only be sent to the email address of the person who submits the form.
3. The fee for this event is non-refundable and will not be returned or refunded.
4. Registrations are non-transferable for this event. The attendee’s full name and date of birth in the registration must match exactly as shown on their valid government-issued photo identification.These details will be verified at check-in; if they do not match, attendees registration may result in cancellation.
5. For all attendees, the nominal, non-refundable fee for this event is $25.
6. Only registered attendees will be allowed at the venue during the event.
7. Event fee includes program attendance only.
8. Event fee does NOT include travel or hotel accommodations.
9. Upon arrival, parents or guardians should complete a liability form for children under 18 accompanying them for this event. Please list each child’s name separately on the liability form.
10. Blossom Foundation NJ retains the right to refuse service to anyone.
11. Blossom Foundation NJ is not liable for any cancellations or delays in conducting the program resulting from unforeseen causes or events, unforeseeable, independent or superseding events beyond the Foundation’s control, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemics, hurricanes, adverse weather, tornadoes, natural catastrophes etc.
12. The schedule of the program is subject to change at the discretion of the Foundation.
13. The Foundation reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the program. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs arising from any change.
14. The Foundation will make best efforts to communicate any changes to the event.
15. There will be no pranams at this event.
