R-Board Litter Report Form
The R-Board employs two Litter Crew staff members who remove roadside litter from secondary roads within the City of Fredericksburg and Stafford County. The R-Board does not remove litter from private property, Interstate 95 (I-95), or roads and common areas maintained by homeowners associations (HOAs). Litter cleanup requests are prioritized based on the severity of the litter and are addressed as staff availability, weather conditions, and operational demands permit. While every effort is made to respond promptly, response times may vary depending on these factors.
