By participating in the Fishing Clinic, I acknowledge that fishing and outdoor activities involve risks, including slips, falls, hooks, sharp equipment, weather, insects, wildlife, and water hazards. I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to participate responsibly.

I agree to release and hold harmless the clinic organizer, volunteers, hosts, and property owner from claims, injuries, losses, or damages related to participation, except where prohibited by law.

Participants must follow safety instructions, use equipment carefully, and act safely and respectfully throughout the clinic.
