By reading and signing the She's Hooked Up Photo, Video, and Audio Release Form, you are allowing SHUP LLC. to utilize your submitted photos, videos, and audio for the following:

1. Utilize your submitted photo, video, and audio for Social Media content such as photo posts and video posts. Post, videos, and audios that you send may be used to highlight your catchs personally or along side others submitted photos/ videos.

2. Utilize your submitted photo, video, or audio on Marketing Products.

3. Utilize your submitted photo, video, or audio on Advertising Products.

By reading and signing the She's Hooked Up Photo, Video, and Audio Release Form, you understand and agree that any submitted material may be used in print, digital, and online formats and may be edited or reproduced as needed.

By reading and signing the She's Hooked Up Photo, Video, and Audio Release Form, you understand that there will be No Expected Compensation for any photos, videos, or audios.
