This November, animal activists from all over the US and beyond will gather in Miami for three days of action, growth, and connection. Hosted by Animal Activism Collective (AAC), the Miami Convergence offers a rare chance to stand together in solidarity and get involved with some of today's most effective pressure campaigns for animals. Throughout the weekend, we'll be organizing around global anti-fur and cage-free efforts while teaming up with Miami-based animal rights groups to secure wins for animals locally.

I understand that this event will consist of a lot of walking, long days, close living quarters, and shared sleeping spaces, and that uncomfortable situations and challenges will likely occur. I also understand that everything may not always go according to plan. In spite of this, I will maintain a positive attitude and team mentality when obstacles arise and do my best to get along with and work together with my fellow activists.
I understand that my health and safety is solely my own responsibility at all times during this event. By attending, I am recognizing that Animal Activism Collective or any other associated organization or individual are not responsible for my health or safety.
I agree that I will follow all event and house rules, including not bringing illegal substances to this event or showing up to actions under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. 11:30pm quiet hours, keeping both personal and communal spaces clean, being helpful, etc. I understand that not following the rules is grounds for immediate removal from the activist house and all actions that are a part of this event.

I understand that while I have listed food allergies, I am responsible for my own safety and must do my own due diligence to make sure that I do not consume food I am allergic to.
