Submitting Multiple Entries

If you're an educator, teacher, or parent submitting a large amount of entries, this will help streamline the process. For just a few entries, we welcome you to submit them individually by going back a step and selecting "I'm submitting one entry". Group Entry Instructions

To Submit Online (Required):
1. Download and Follow Instructions in the Group Information Sheet : In Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, fill out all required details for the supervising adult/educator and each student included in the group submission.

2. Gather and Scan Submission Materials: Following instructions in the Rules & Guidelines for scanning and cropping, scan all artwork (all participants) and creative writing (U.S. Grade 4–12 participants only).

3. Save Files in Accepted Formats: Save artwork as a PNG, JPG, or JPEG. Save creative writing as a PDF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG.

4. Clearly Name All Files: Please label clearly to help ensure artists receive the recognition they deserve! Failure to clearly and correctly name each file, including identifying information in the example file name format, may inhibit judges' ability to identify and award an artist.
- Artwork Naming: Save or rename each file with the student’s name, grade, species, and "art" in the file name (e.g., JaneSmith_Grade3_Trout_Art.jpg).
- Creative Writing Naming: For students in Grade 4 and above, save or rename each essay file with the student’s name, grade, and “writing” in the file name (e.g., JohnSmith_Grade4_Writing.jpg).
5. Upload Online: After you have completed the steps above, including clearly naming artwork and creative writing files, gather all digital files into a folder. Zip the folder and upload it to this online entry form, along with the completed Group Entry Information Sheet (Excel or Google Sheet accepted).

To Mail Artwork (Required in the State of Tennessee):
1. Confirm Mailing Address and Details on the Form Finder: Mailed artwork is only accepted in select regions of the United States, with states that accept or require mail-in entries having varying addresses and requirements. Entries will NOT be accepted if mailed to Wildlife Forever Headquarters. Please ensure your mail is correctly addressed to:

2. Print and Attach Name Tags: Use the Mail-In Name Sheet to write multiple students’ names, grades, and fish species. Cut out the name tags and tape the respective tag on the back of each piece of artwork along with each student’s information and signature.

3. Safely and Sustainably Ship: Follow all mailing requirements and recommendations in Wildlife Forever's Rules & Guidelines.

The Fish Art Contest includes a special award honoring educators who inspire students to explore the outdoors and participate in the contest. If you’d like to nominate someone, complete this final page to submit them for the Richard M. Hart Educator of the Year Award—they’ll have a chance to receive a classroom package of fishing and art supplies.

Hart Educator of the Year Award is a National Award to honor educators from across the nation.
