Appointment Preparation

To help us complete your installation efficiently, please confirm the following:
- All artwork will be unpacked and accessible upon arrival.
- I have determined where each piece is to be installed.
- The installation area will be clear and accessible.
- Pets will be secured, if applicable.
- Any special parking or building access instructions have been provided.
Terms & Conditions
- This estimate is based solely on the information provided and serves as a quote for the scope of work described above.
- If the installation proceeds as anticipated, no additional charges will be incurred beyond the quoted amount.
- Should unforeseen site conditions or installation challenges significantly increase the scope of work (including but not limited to unexpected wall construction, inaccessible mounting locations, additional labor requirements, or specialized equipment), the quote may be adjusted. Any additional charges will be discussed with and approved by the client before any additional work is performed.
- This quote applies only to the artwork and objects listed within this Scope of Work. Requests to install additional artwork during the appointment may be accommodated based on schedule and are subject to an additional charge of $100 per additional item.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and confirm your installation appointment.
- Unless otherwise arranged during appointment confirmation, the remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on file immediately following completion of the installation.
- To ensure an efficient installation, please have all artwork unpacked, accessible, and ready prior to our arrival. We also ask that you have a general idea of where each piece is to be installed.
- While every reasonable precaution will be taken during installation, Art Leaders Gallery is not responsible for pre-existing wall conditions, hidden wiring, plumbing, structural deficiencies, or concealed obstacles that cannot be reasonably identified prior to installation.

Once this form is submitted, a quote for service will be provided to be agreed upon by the client. Once agreed, the deposit will be completed and the appointment time will be confirmed.
