Talihina Fall Fest will be Friday and Saturday, November 6th & 7th, 2026 from 9 am to 4 pm. Vendor setup will begin Thursday November 5th at 1pm then again 6 am Friday and Saturday at 7 am.

Vendor setup will begin Thursday November 5th at 1pm then again 6 am Friday and Saturday at 7 am. PLEASE DO NOT TEAR DOWN until 4 pm! NO SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED. CITY POLICE WILL CONDUCT EXTRA PATROLS. THE CHAMBER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS NOR WILL THE CHAMBER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS. Building doors will close and lock Friday evening after the event and reopen at 7am Saturday for vendors. All vendor spaces are 10x10. THE MAJORITY OF THE FESTIVAL MUST INCLUDE HAND-CRAFTED OR HANDMADE ITEMS. ALL DISPLAY PROPS MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE EXHIBITOR. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR DISPLAY AREA NEAT AND CLEAN. DISPOSE OF TRASH APPROPRIATELY; TRASH RECEPTICLES WILL BE AVAILABLE. Fall Festival Committee will determine vendor location. VENDOR FEES AND ELECTRICAL FEES ARE DUE WITH THE APPLICATION AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. AFTER OCTOBER 31st, A $10.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO EACH BOOTH. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE READY TO BEGIN SELLING AT 9AM! ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE MAINTAINED UNTIL 4 PM. DO NOT START PACKING/ CLOSING UNTIL 4 PM. IF CUSTOMERS ARE STILL ABOUT YOU MAY STAY LONGER.
