Trash Service Agreement

Payment Terms: Payments must be made online each month. Schedule & Delays Provider will collect trash weekly on the designated pickup day. Pickups may be delayed due to severe weather or official holidays. Delayed collections will be completed as soon as safety and schedules allow. Missed Payments & Termination If an online monthly payment is missed, services may be suspended. This contract will automatically terminate 30 days after the last missed payment. Either party may cancel the contract by providing 30 days' advance written notice. By submitting this form, both parties agree to the terms listed above. This contract is fully binding.
