  • Policies and Acknowledgment

    Review and acknowledge the Holiday Matsuri exhibitor policies. Counterfeit, bootleg, duplicated, or reproduced licensed material is NOT permitted in the Exhibit Hall. Licensed graphic designs or logos that have been carved, traced, or used on other materials are NOT permitted to be sold in the Exhibit Hall. The display of all items in the Exhibit Hall is at the sole discretion of Holiday Matsuri. The convention's decisions regarding what may or may not be displayed or sold are final and binding. Selling any of the aforementioned items is a violation of this agreement. Products or content classified as adult content are allowed in the Exhibit Hall but are subject to additional restrictions. Adult content is defined as items depicting nudity, sexual situations, or violence that are inappropriate for viewing by anyone age 17 or younger. Adult content and products may only be viewed or purchased by people age 18 or older with a valid government-issued ID. Holiday Matsuri staff make the final determination of what constitutes adult content or products. Sellers are responsible for verifying customers' ages by photo ID before allowing them to view or purchase works containing adult content. Artwork generated through the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar algorithms is prohibited at Holiday Matsuri. Selling or promoting AI-generated art is grounds for removal without a refund from any exhibitor or artist booth. Holiday Matsuri staff, OCCC staff, and our hotel partners must be treated with respect. Speaking disrespectfully, using defamatory language, or yelling at any staff member is a violation of this agreement. Physical violence or intimidation is also a violation of this agreement. Violation of any of the above terms is grounds for removal from the event without a refund at the discretion of Holiday Matsuri. This application is not a guarantee of acceptance and is not a contract or invitation to purchase a space or appear at the event.
