Liability Clause: The Sisseton Arts Council is given the right to take photos of the artwork within the pop-up exhibition and use such pictures for promotional and marketing materials. Pictures will not be used for profit or personal gain by Sisseton Arts Council members. Also, the Sisseton Arts Council, Nis'to Incorporated, members, staff, and volunteers of The New Old™ artist collective, nor the building owner will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen art work connected to the pop-up exhibition, however caused.
