  • 6 TERMS & CONDITIONS (PART 1)

  • 1. Booking Confirmation
    A booking is considered confirmed once the signed agreement and deposit have been received.
  • 2. Deposits
    All deposits are non-refundable and secure your date.
  • 3. Payments
    The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed.
    Late payment may result in cancellation.
  • 4. Equipment
    All equipment is the property of Afterglow Mobile Discos.
    Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the client.
  • 5. Client Responsibilities
    The client must ensure safe access, adequate power supply, and suitable parking.
    The client agrees to inform the DJ of any venue restrictions in advance.

  • 7 TERMS & CONDITIONS (PART 2)

  • 6. Cancellations
    All cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
    Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur full payment.
  • 7. Force Majeure
    Afterglow Mobile Discos is not liable for cancellations or delays due to
    circumstances beyond our control (e.g, illness, accidents, extreme weather).
  • 8. Music Requests
    Music requests are welcomed but must be submitted at least 7 days before
    the event to ensure preparation.
  • 9. Venue Requirements
    The client must confirm that the venue allows for amplified music, lighting,
    and smoke effects.
  • 10. Liability & Insurance
    Afterglow Mobile Discos holds full Public Liability Insurance.
    Proof of insurance is available upon request.
