  • The 258th Synod Assembly will be held in person at Drury Plaza Hotel (11049 West Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA) and will be convening from Monday, September 14 at 9am to Tuesday, September 15, 2026, adjourning by 1:00pm. You are also welcome to arrive Sunday, September 13, 2026, in order to rest and relax before the event begins.

    This form allows you to register for the Assembly and for overnight accommodations. Please use this form to register no later than Tuesday, August 25, 2026 if you will attend so that provisions and preparations can be in place to warmly welcome you. Registration closes on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 (4pm EST).

    The Synod has reserved a block of rooms between September 13 and September 15 at a discounted group rate. If you choose to register through the Synod you may take advantage of these rates and pre-pay the Synod directly following submission. Alternatively, you may contact Drury Plaza directly to arrange your own overnight accommodations.

    Once your registration has been confirmed, you can look forward to an email on Monday, August 31, 2026, with guidance on how to access the Assembly document webpage (for the docket, reports, minutes, etc).

    The Synod has secured rooms at the Drury Plaza Hotel for $126 per night; this rate will be used to calculate room costs and is available to those registering for overnight lodging using this form.

    If you are a member of NGI or Jubilee and are attending the 258th Synod Assembly, please check with your committee chair on whether your committee will cover your lodging before registering.

    If you choose to take advantage of the discounted group rate and are not in one of the two mentioned committees, please prepare for an email with a payment linked to Vanco after submitting your registration.

    Your registration is not final until payment for lodging is received. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been processed and your room has been secured.

    The rates include taxes and room fees. If you incur incidentals during your stay, the Synod will reach out to you for reimbursement on those charges.
